Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Kazakhstan) redeemed the security of mortgage certificates, which are securities of bonds of Company of KZ2CKY03A676 (KZIKb1) issue

/KASE, September 11, 06/ - Halyk savings bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty, further - Bank), which are representatives of holders of mortgage bonds of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty, further - Company) of KZ2CKY03A676 issue (KZIKb1; KZT10.000, KZT1,5 bn.; November 10, 02 - November 10, 05, indexed by inflation rate semi-annual coupon, 12.05% APR for the last coupon period), informed KASE about removal from the security charge of mortgage certificates by the pointed issue of bonds to the situation on the last date of fixation of the given register. Bank provided KASE with the copy of letter addressed to RSE Center of realty of Almaty city (further - BTI), concerning the redeeming of security of mortgage certificates, which are securities of bonds of Company of KZ2CKY03A676 issue, with the note of registration of the hold measures. Bonds were included into KASE's official listing of "A" category on November 18, 2002, since November, 10 2005 were excluded from KASE's official list because of redeeming. By the message of issuer the debt of KZ2CKY03A676 issue was serviced in the whole volume in accordance with issue specification. [2006-09-11]
