/KASE, September 1, 06/ - Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty) by the official letter informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) that on September 1, 2006 the company paid coupons to holders of its bonds of the following issues: - KZPC1Y03B142 (KASE's official "A" listing category, KZIKb9; KZT1, KZT5.0 bn.; March 1, 05 - March 1, 08; fixed semi-annual coupon, 4.90% APR) - in amount of KZT74,823,000.00; - KZPC2Y05B145 (KASE's official "A" listing category, KZIKb10; KZT1, KZT5.0 bn.; March 1, 05 - March 1, 10; fixed semi-annual coupon, 5.69% APR) - in amount of KZT18,492,500.00. Based on the above amounts of coupon payments by the register fixation date (August 31, 06) 61.1% of registered bonds of KZPC1Y03B142 issue and 13.0% ( KZPC2Y05B145 issue were in circulation.
