/KASE, August 24, 06/ - Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) informs that
since August 25 to August 28 of 2006 in KASE's trade system specialized
trades on primary offering of KZ2C0Y05C168 issue coupon bonds of
Holding Group JSC (Almaty) will take place (KASE's official "А" listing
category, ALMXb1, KZT1, KZT8.0 bn.; August 22, 06 - August 22, 11, semi-
annual coupon, 8.00% APR, 30/360).
The issuer is planning to offer 4.0 bn. bonds at trades that make 50.0%
from registered volume of the issue.
Specialized trades will be held in KASE's trade system from 11:30 till 13:00
(ALT). Code of security at trades will be ALMXb1A. With cutting off price the
issuer will clarify itself until 15:00 ALT of trades holding day. The buyer of
securities is obliged to provide money entering in a correspondent account of
KASE in payment of acquired securities by him until 16:00 ALT on date of
trades holding of 2006 (Т+0).
At trades only limited bids are accepted, submitted by close method.
"Net" price of bonds should be indicated in the bid as cost (without
accumulated interest), expressed in percentage from face value of security
up to 4 decimal figures. Exactly this parameter will be the subject of trading.
Summary face value of securities in tenge, divisible by face value of one
bond should be indicated in the bid as the quantity of financial instruments.
The method of bids satisfying for purchase is at stated price. The issuer will
satisfy bids, the prices of which are higher or equal to cut off price. In the
last case the priority will be given to bids submitted in KASE's trade system
earlier.
Only members of KASE of "Р" category can submit bids (the right of
participation at trades in corporate issuing securities, included into official
list of stock exchange). Investors can submit bids through these legal persons.
