KASE will not apply penalty sanctions to several listing companies

/KASE, August 21, 06/ - On August 18, 2006 the meeting Exchange Council of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) took place, at which the question on sanctions with respect to the following companies, which presented financial statements with violations of the fixed terms, was considered: Corporation Ordabasy JSC, Ornek ХХI JSC and Transstroymost JSC. Exchange Council took a decision not to apply penalty sanctions to the above-mentioned companies. [2006-08-21]
