/KASE, August 7, 06/ - As it was informed earlier, by decision of Stock
exchange's council of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) dated August 1,
2006 KZ2CKY23B672 issue infrastructure bonds of Doszhan temir zholy
(DTZh) JSC (Almaty) (KZT1,000,000, KZT30.0 bn.; August 2, 05 - August 2,
28, annual coupon, indexed on inflation rate, 9.45% APR for the second
circulation year, 30/360) were included into KASE's official "A" listing
category under code of DTJLb1.
The mentioned decision has taken an effect since August 7, 2006, as the
issuer had paid KASE an entrance and the first annual listing fee on those
securities.
Trades opening in mentioned bonds on KASE will be announced later.
First Investment JSC (Almaty) performed as the financial consultant on
introducing its bonds to the organized market.
