/SUPPLEMENTED/ KASE will not apply penalty sanctions to the number of listing companies

/KASE, August, 06, the list of companies is supplemented/ - On August 1, 2006 had taken place the meeting of Stock council of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE), on which it was viewed the matter concerning sanctions to the next companies, which gave the financial reports with violation of fixed terms: Buhtarma cement company JSC, Gorno-metallurgical concern Kazakhaltyn JSC, Exploration Extraction KazMunayGas JSC, Pavlodar oil-chemical plant JSC, Industrial company Etalon JSC, nKazakhstan Petrochemical Industries JSC, Kazakhstan Kagazy JSC, Rakhat JSC. It was accepted the decision by Stock council not to apply penalty sanctions to the pointed companies. [2006-08-04]
