Within 7 months of 2006 the volume of all transactions has grown 1.4 times relative to corresponding period of 2005 on KASE

/IRBIS, Sergey Yakovlev, August 3, 06/ - For seven months of 2006 summary volume of transactions at Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) in all sectors of the market has reached USD69,351.2 m. or KZT8,671.3 bn. In comparison with corresponding period of 2005 the volume of transactions grew by 45.1% in dollar and by 37.3% in tenge. Relatively previous six-monthly period (June - December of 2005) exchange turnover grew by 41.8% in dollar and 31.3% in tenge. Comparable table of indicators of the volume of deals on KASE in January - July of 2006, and also dynamics of exchange turnover structure (m. USD, if other is not specified) are given below.
