/KASE, August 2, 06/ - By decision of Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE)
Council dated August 1, 2006 KZ1C51740013 issue common shares of
REMIX-R JSC (Almaty) were included into KASE's official "B" listing
category under code of RMXR.
The date, when aforementioned decision of Stock exchange's council takes
effect, will be announced later after payment of listing fee on these
securities by the issuer.
Trades opening in shares on KASE also will be announced later.
Kazkommerts Invest (Almaty) performed as the financial consultant of the
issuer on introducing its bonds to the organized market.
The specified issue of announced shares was registered by Agency of the
Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of financial market
and financial organizations on September 16, 2004, which consists of
1,000,000,000 common shares. the issue was included in securities register
under number А5174.
As of April 1, 2006 396,526,667 shares were offered, total volume of the
offering made KZT396.5 m.
Registrar Zerde JSC (Almaty) accomplished the operation of the registers
system of the company's shareholders.
