Within the first 7 months of 2006 volume of foreign currency trades on KASE reached $14,421.2 m. and grew 2.3 times in dollar equivalent

/IRBIS, Sergey Yakovlev, August 1, 06/ - Within the first seven months of 2006 volume of trades in foreign currency held on Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) reached the equivalent of USD14,421.2 m. and grew by $8,002.5 m compared to the similar period of last year or 2.25 times in dollar equivalent. In tenge equivalent the turnover grew 2.13 times.
