Repetition-TuranAlem intends to borrow syndicate credit for $800 m.

/REUTERS, London, July 26, 06/ - The department of Kazakhstan bank TuranAlem, located in Netherlands - TuranAlem Finance B.V. - selected Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ, Commerzbank and Standard Chartered Bank as organizers of record for TuranAlem syndicate credit in size of $800 m., creditors announced on Wednesday. The credit, of which underwriter acts in the face of TuranAlem, will be divided into two tranches: 18-month at rate LIBOR plus 35 basis points and three- year at rate LIBOR plus 65 basis points. Credits funds will be sent on trade financing and re-financing of the credit for $777 m., gotten by the bank in September of year 2005.
