within listing requirements, has presented to Kazakhstan stock exchange
(KASE) audited financial statements for II quarter year 2006. Deloitte &
Touche (Almaty) conducted audit of financial statements in compliance with
international standards of auditing. Similar indicator for 2005 is given in
parentheses.
According to the presented data, net income of the company for mentioned
period totaled KZT209.6 m. (KZT134.9 m.)
According to audited data income from ready products sale (goods,
services, works) for II quorter of the current year made KZT1,668.9 m.
(KZT4,212.3 m.) under its cost price at KZT1,276.2 m. (KZT3,391.6 m.)
Assets of the company as of June 30 of 2006 made KZT5,623.3 m.,
whereas by the beginning of the year the given indicator equaled to
KZT4,728.3 m.
Shareholders' equity of the company reached KZT1,660.1 m. (KZT1,450.5 m.).
According to audited data, authorized capital in June 30, 06 has not
been changed since the beginning of the year and estimated KZT 1,300.2 m.
Unpaid authorized capital at the company for specified date was absent.
