Council of directors of Ornek XXI JSC (Kazakhstan) took a decision about purchase of 100%stake in authorized capital of PAC Concrete LLP

/KASE, July 17, 06/ - Oenek XXI JSC (Almaty, hereinafter - the company), whose securities are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "B" listing category, has presented KASE the copy of minutes of the meeting of Council of directors, which took place on July 5, 2006. In compliance with agenda of the meeting members of Council of Board of directors took following decisions (bellow quotes from the mentioned document are given): 1. "To take decision on participation of Ornek XXI JSC in activity of other company by means of purchase of 100% stake in authorized capital of PAC Concrete LLP." 2. To commission Managing director independently or through person empowered to act for him to sign contract of purchase and sale of 100% stake in authorized capital of PAC Concrete LLP, and also to accomplish all necessary measures, connected to stake purchase."
