AFS has approved the report on results of KZPC1Y03B803 (KAZIb1) issue bonds offering of KZATSI JSC

/KASE, July 14, 06/ - KZATSI JSC (Karaganda region), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "B" listing category, has furnished KASE with a copy of notification of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (АFS) dated June 19, 2006. According to furnished document AFS has approved the report on results of KZPC1Y05C020 issue bonds offering of Kazakhstan Kagazy JSC (KASE's official "А" listing category; KKAGb2; KZT1, KZT3.5 bn.; April 7, 06 - April 7, 11, indexed on inflation rate semi-annual coupon, 9.0% APR for current period). According to the notification as of March 1, 2006 bonds of that issue were offered completely. Specified issue of bonds is the first within the frameworks of the first bond program of KZATSI JSC, registered by AFS on November 15 of 2006 for total sum of KZT5.0 bn. under the number B80-1.
