/KASE, July 12, 06/ - Kazpost JSC (Almaty, hereinafter - the Company), whose bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, informed KASE by official letter that by decision of the single shareholder of the company, authorities of earlier elected members of Council of Board of directors of the Company were stopped above of time and the new staff of Council of Board of directors were determined: - Chairman of Council of Board of directors - U. Vokurka, deputy of chairman of Board of directors of Kazakhstan holding on managing state assets Samruk (Holding Samruk JSC); - the member of Board of directors - B. Ahabaev - the head of group on Kazakhtelecom JSC in Holding Samruk JSC; - the member of Board of directors - R. Nurshabekov, deputy of chairman of Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan on information and communication; - the member of Board of directors - independent director - S. Akhanov, Chairman of association of financiers of Kazakhstan; - the member of Board of directors - independent director - S.
