/KASE, July 10, 06/ - ORNEK XXI JSC (Almaty), shares and bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "В" listing category, has furnished KASE with a copy of minutes of the meeting of Council of Directors of the company dated July 5, 2006. Pursuant to aforementioned document Council of directors of ORNEK XXI JSC has taken a decision to acquire 100%-share in authorized capital of PCC Concrete LLP (Astana). [2006-07-10]
