indexed on inflation rate semi-annual coupon, 9.90% APR for the first
coupon period; 30/360) on offering - 8.60% APR.
This is said in offer of financial consultant of the issuer- Kazkommerts
Securities JSC (subsidiary organization of Kazkommertsbank JSC) (Almaty),
sent to professionals of the market today.
This issue of bonds is the second within the frameworks of bond program of
Holding KAZEXPORTASTYK JSC, registered by Agency of the Republic of
Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of financial market and financial
organizations on April 14 of 2006 to total sum of KZT10.0 bn. under С05
number, and the second issue of internal bonds of the company, having
passed listing procedure on KASE.
