KPACP LLP (Kazakhstan) to be reformed in JSC

/KASE, June 23, 06/ - KPACP LLP (vil. Aktau, Karaganda obl.), hereinafter - the company), whose bonds are circulating in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "B" listing category, presented to KASE the copy of decision of its only establisher - Yerik Zharkimbekov - dated May 22, 2006. Accordind to the presented document, following decisions were taken by the only establisher of the company: - to reform KPACP LLP in Karaganda plant of asbestos-cement production JSC (abbreviated name - KPACP JSC), the number of announced shares of which will be 10,000,000 copies; - to conduct state registration of issue of KPACP JSC's announced shares; - to appoint Registrator Zerde as a registrar of KPACP JSC; - to appoint Muhammed Zhuldaspaev on the position of General director of KPACP JSC; - to appoint M. Zhuldaspaev as a face, who will make assessment of property, adding to payment of KPACP JSC's shares, in compliance with legislation of Republic of Kazakhstan; - to appoint M. Zhuldaspaev as a face, empowered to accomplish financial-economical activity of KPACP JSC and to introduce its interests in front of third persons until organs of KPACP JSC will be formed; - to approve transmissive statement; - to approve Charta of KPACP JSC; - to conduct state registration of KPACP JSC in Justice department.
