ATFBank JSC (Kazakhstan) has informed of acquiring of 1,135,315 common shares of Energobank PC (Kyrgystan)

/KASE, June 20, 06/ - ATFBank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter - Bank), shares and bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "А" listing category, has informed KASE by an official letter that Bank had acquired 1,315,315 common shares of Energobank PC (as of February 15, 2006 Bank had 80.57% of common shares of Energobank PC - notes of KASE), including: - On June 7 of 2006 - 135,315 shares as dividends by results of 2005; - On June 13 of 2006 - 1,000,000 shares within primary offering.
