/KASE, June 12, 06/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan stock exchange's
(KASE) Council dated June 9 of 2006 XS0251702618 issue international
subordinate termless bonds of ALB Finance B.V. (Rotterdam)
(USD150.0 m., circulation start - April 19, 06, semi-annual coupon, 9.375%
APR for April 19, 06 - April 19, 16, hereinafter - floating, equaled to
sum of six-month LIBOR plus 6.2055% APR), which were issued under full
guarantee of Alliance Bank JSC (Almaty), have been included in KASE's
official "A" listing category under ASBNe3symbol.
Date, on which the decision will take effect, will be announced after the
issuer pays the listing fee for these bonds.
Information about opening of trades in the bonds on KASE will also be given
later.
