today spread press release that it redeemed into own property 100% of
common shares of Ornek XXI JSC (Almaty).
Primary activity of Ornek XXI JSC is manufacturing and sale of facing
ceramic brick on the basis of industrial complex, located in Almaty. Besides,
Ornek XXI JSC possesses the right of mining clay in the field of
Turgenskoye in Almaty region with the term of validity till 2025, and also in
the field of Koskuduk North-Eastern in Almaty region with the term of validity
till 2030.
Today common shares and bonds of Ornek XXI JSC are included into
Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "В" listing category. Issuing
documents and financial statement of Ornek XXI JSC are available on

In 2004-2006 Almaty Investment Management JSC organized the issue of
common shares with following offering to the sum of KZT784 m. and issue of
