Shareholders of Ornek XXI JSC decided not to pay dividends by results of 2005

/KASE, June 5, 06/ - Ornek XXI JSC (Almaty, the company), whose securities are circulating in official list of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) under "B" category, provided KASE with copy of the minutes of annual general meeting of its shareholders, which was held on May 20, 2006. In accordance with meeting's agenda the company's shareholders accepted the following decisions: - to approve company's annual financial statements for 2005; - not to pay dividends by results of 2005; - to spend company's net income for 2005 on renewal and modernization of production and technical basis of plant on production of facing brick. The company's primary activities - trade and purchase, intermediary activity; production and sale of pottery, majolica and ceramics for everyday purpose; production and sale of facing ceramic brick, ceramic and facing tile.
