/KASE, May 18, 06/ - As informed earlier, by decision of Stock Exchange's
Council of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) dated May 15, 2006
KZ2CKY05C040 issue bond of ROSA JSC (Pavlodar) (KZT1,000, KZT1.8
bn.; May 18, 06 - May 18, 11, semi-annual coupon, 10% APR for the first
coupon period; further on - floating, depended on inflation rate, 30/360)
are included in KASE's official "A" listing category under code of ROSAb2.
This decision has come into the force since May 18, 2006 as the issuer paid
KASE listing fee on given securites.
Opening trades in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.
REAL-INVEST.kz JSC (Almaty) performed as the financial consultant of the
issuer on introducing its bonds in the organized market.
