/KASE, May 17, 06/ - As it was informed before, by the decision of
Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) Council dated May 15, 2006
KZPC1Y05C053 issue bonds of Holding KAZEXPORTASTYK JSC
(Astana) (KZT1,000, KZT4.0 bn.; May 14, 06 - May 14, 11, semi-annual
coupon indexed on inflation rate, 10.7% APR for the first coupon period,
30/360) have been included in KASE's official "A" listing category under
KASTb1 symbol.
This decision took effect since May 17, 2006, because the issuer paid KASE
the listing fee for these securities.
Information about opening of trades on these bonds on KASE will be given later.
This is the first bond issue within the bond program of Holding
KAZEXPORTASTYK JSC, registered by the Agency of the Republic of
Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of financial market and financial
organizations on April 14, 2006 for the total amount KZT10.0 bn. under ะก05
number, and the first issue of the company's domestic bonds, which has
passed listing procedure on KASE.
KIB ASSET MANGEMENT JSC (Almaty) acted as a financial consultant to
introduce bonds on organized market.
