Changes in the Board of directors of Eurasian bank JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, May 16, 06/ - Eurasian bank JSC (Almaty, the bank), whose bonds are circulating in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has presented to KASE an extract from the decision of the bank's sole shareholder (Eurasian financial and industrial company JSC, Almaty) dated May 10, 2006. In accordance with this document the bank's sole shareholder made following decisions: - to elect Sereda A. in the bank's Board of directors as the independent director; - to co-ordinate candidature of Sereda A. in the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations. Sereda A. acts as the member of the bank's Board of directors until coordination of his candidature in the authorized body. [2006-05-16]
