/KASE, May 16, 06/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan stock exchange's
(KASE) Council dated May 15 of 2006 KZ1C53270019 common shares of
SKY SILK JSC (Almaty) have been included in KASE's official "B" listing
category under SKYS symbol.
Date, on which the mentioned decision of Exchange board will take effect,
will be announced later after the issuer pays the listing fee for these
securities and making an agreement about listing with KASE.
Information about opening of trades in the shares on KASE will also be
given later.
Kazkommerts Invest JSC (Almaty) acted as the financial consultant of the
issuer to bring the shares to the organized market.
The first share issue of SKY SILK JSC was registered by the Agency of the
Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of financial market
and financial organizations on November 18, 2005 with an amount of
KZ1C53270019 issue 600,000 common shares. The issue was entered in
State register of securities under A5327 number.
As of January 1, 2006 all shares were offered, total offer volume was
KZT300.0 m.
The shareholders registers system is maintained by Registratorskiy servis
JSC (Almaty).
Primary activity of SKY SILK JSC is rendering telecommunicational services.
