/KASE, MAY 16, 06/ - By decision of Stock Exchange's Council of
Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) dated May 15, 2006 KZ2CKY05C040
issue bonds of Rosa JSC (Pavlodar) (KZT1,000, KZT1.8 bn.; 5 years,
semi-annual coupon, 10% APR for the first coupon period; further on -
floating, depending on inflation rate, 30/360) are included in KASE's official
"A" listing category under code of ROSAb2.
Date, on which the mentioned decision will take effect, will be announced
later after the issuer pays the listing fee for these securities.
Information about opening of trades in the bonds on KASE will also be given
later.
Financial company REAL-INVEST.kz JSC (Almaty) performed as financial
consultant of the issuer on introducing its bonds in organized market.
Detailed information of securities will be published on website of KASE at
http://www.kase.kz/emitters/rosa.asp after the mentioned decision of Stock
Exchange's Council takes effect.
