Agenda of the meeting:

1) approval of the company's annual financial statements for 2025;

2) approval of the procedure for distributing the company's net income for 2025;

3) dividends based on results of 2025;

4) determination of the audit organization that will conduct the company audit for 2026;

5) consideration of issues concerning shareholders' appeals regarding the actions of the company and its officials and the results of their consideration.
