Agenda of the meeting:

1) approval of the company's annual financial statements for 2025;

2) determining the procedure for distributing the company's net income based on the results of the 2025 financial year, making a decision on paying dividends on the company's common shares and determining the amount of dividend per common share of the company;

3) shareholders' appeals regarding the actions of the company and its officials and the results of their consideration;

4) the amount and composition of remuneration of members of the Board of Directors and the executive body of the company for 2025.
