/KASE, June 1, 2026/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of National Investment Holding "Baiterek" JSC (KASE ticker: BTRK) dated May 15, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: R. Sklyar;
• elected: N. Nalibaev.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of National Investment Holding "Baiterek" JSC consists of 10 people.
