/KASE, May 6, 2026/ – On May 5, 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2C00017705 (AGKKpp18; KZT 1,000, KZT 100.0 bn; 1 year and 5 days; coupon is paid once at maturity, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; actual /365) of Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC (Astana) in KASE official list's "Private placement" market.

This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of May 6, 2026.
