/KASE, April 17, 2026/ – Kaspi.kz JSC (KASE ticker – KSPI) announced the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on April 15, 2026.

The shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the audited financial statements of the company for 2025;
• to approve the payment of dividends on the company's common shares for 2025 in the amount of 850 tenge per share.
