/KASE, December 4, 2025/ – On December 4, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of SWF Samruk-Kazyna JSC (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market:

• KZ2C00016368 (SKKZb30; KZT 1,000, KZT 45.0 bn; 15 years; floating semi- annual coupon, inflation index + fixed coupon; 30/360);
• KZ2C00016376 (SKKZb31; KZT 1,000, KZT 45.0 bn; 15 years; floating semi- annual coupon, inflation index + fixed coupon; 30/360).

This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on December 4, 2025.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

These bond issues are the 18th and 19th under the fourth bond program of SWF Samruk-Kazyna JSC, registered on August 27, 2024, in the amount of KZT 1.0 trln.
