/KASE, December 2, 2025/ – Benkala Mining Company JSC (KASE ticker – BENK) announced the decisions of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on November 28, 2025.

The shareholders, among other things, decided to voluntarily delist the company's common shares from KASE official list.
