/KASE, November 27, 2025/ – The Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on November 25, 2025 decided to include bonds KZ2P00016140 (MFTSb4; $1,000, $3.5 mln; 12 months; quarterly coupon, 8.00 % per annum; 30/360) of MFO "TAS FINANCE GROUP" LLP (Abai region) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's main market.

This decision of the Management Board is effective as of November 27, 2025.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.
