/KASE, November 14, 2024/ – Nurbank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated November 8, 2024, the following persons were elected to the bank's Board of Directors:

• E. Kozykeeva;
• A. Talpakov;
• I. Vakhitov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Nurbank JSC consists of six persons: R. Yerzhanova, Y. Sarsenov, R. Kamaleev, E. Kozykeeva, A. Talpakov, I. Vakhitov.
