/KASE, September 16, 2024/ – First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the following:

On September 12, 2024, Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) affirmed First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC's long-term foreign and national currency deposit ratings at "Ba3", as well as the baseline credit assessment (BCA) and adjusted BCA at "b1". The outlook for the long-term ratings was maintained at "Positive". The bank's short-term ratings were affirmed. At the same time, Moody's revised the ratings on the national rating scale (NSR): long-term deposit rating to "Ba1.kz" and long-term counterparty risk rating CRR to "Baa2.kz".

Thus, as of September 13, 2024, First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC has the following ratings on the Moody's scale:

• deposit rating "Ba3/Positive/NP";
• deposit rating on the national scale "Baa2.kz".
