/KASE, April 8, 2024/ – "Caspiy" Commodity Exchange JSC (Astana), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated March 19, 2024, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: E. Tanaev, E. Yugai;
• elected: E. Nadyrgaliev, S. Tsoy.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of "Caspiy" Commodity Exchange JSC consists of three people: A. Aituev, E. Nadyrgaliev, S. Tsoy.
