/KASE, July 28, 2023/ – Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan) JSC (Almaty) as a settlement agent on international bonds XS2507222904 (sector "Securities of international financial organizations", ASDBe11, KZT6,479,250,000; 10.08.22 – 12.08.25; semi-annual coupon, 14.15 % APR for the current coupon period; actual/360) of Asian Development Bank has informed Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) that the interest rate on the said bonds was set at 14.15000 % APR for the second coupon period, whereby:

• amount of depreciation of the face value – KZT1,079,875,000.00;
• fixed amount of coupon interest per unit of face value – KZT71.1430555555555;
• total fixed amount of coupon interest – KZT384,128,035.59.
