/KASE, April 18, 2023/ – Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan) JSC (Almaty) as a settlement agent for international bonds XS2571803019 (sector "securities of international financial organizations", ASDBe13; KZT8,900,684,000, 25.01.23 – 21.01.25, quarterly coupon, 16.65 % APR; actual/360) of Asian Development Bank, has informed Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) that the interest rate for the first coupon period on these bonds was set at 16.65000 % per annum, whereby:

• fixed amount of coupon interest per unit of face value – KZT41.1625;
• total fixed amount of coupon interest – KZT366,374,405.15.
