/KASE, July 29, 2022/ – KazAgroFinance JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated July 19, 2022, the following persons were elected to the company's Management Board:

• Y. Zhumzhaev – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
• M. Alish – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
• A. Seitzhanov – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
• Zh. Orazbayev – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of KazAgroFinance JSC consists of five people: A. Prashev, A. Seitzhanov, Y. Zhumzhayev, Zh. Orazbayev, M. Alish.
