/KASE, May 18, 2022/ – Financial Company REAL-INVEST.kz JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that on June 14, 2022 at 10:00 o'clock, an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin with the following agenda:

• voluntary reorganization of the company by transformation into a limited liability partnership;
• on the procedure and conditions for the implementation of the company transformation;
• cancellation of the issue of shares of the company;
• voluntary delisting of the company's preferred shares;
• determination of stakes of partners of the limited liability partnership;
• approval of the deed of transfer.
