/KASE, May 5, 2022/ – Financial company REAL-INVEST.kz (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that on June 1, 2022 at 10:00 o'clock, an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin with the following agenda:

• changing the location of the company's executive body, making changes to the company's charter;
• early termination of powers of the Chairman of the Management Board and a member of the Management Board of the company. Election of the Chairman of the Management Board and a member of the Management Board of the company.
