/KASE, April 11, 2022/ – By a decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), from April 12, 2022, Halyk Global Markets JSC (a subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC) (Almaty, in the heading – Halyk Global Markets JSC) has been relieved of its duties as a market-maker on KASE for the following ordinary shares:

1) US0378331005 (sector "KASE Global", AAPL_KZ) of Apple Inc.;

2) US30303M1027 (sector "KASE Global", FB_KZ) of Meta Platforms, Inc.;

3) US70450Y1038 (sector "KASE Global", PYPL_KZ) of PayPal Holdings Inc.

This decision was made in accordance with article 3 of KASE's internal document "Rules of market-makers' activities" due to the voluntary relinquishment of the market-maker from the specified status.
