/KASE, December 11, 2020/ – RESMI Finance & Investment House based in Almaty (shares, official list of KASE) has informed KASE that following a decision of its Board of Directors dated December 7, 2020, the Board of Directors shall change as follows:

• powers of Y. Koshkinbayev as Chairman of the Board of Directors shall be terminated,
• A. Manayenko shall be elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Currently, the Board of Directors of RESMI Finance & Investment House is represented by 3 persons, namely A. Manayenko, Y. Koshkinbayev, G. Kasymkanova.
