/KASE, November 26, 2020/ – RESMI Finance & Investment House (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated November 19, 2020, the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:

• removed: Y. Kanatbayev – member of the Board of Directors, independent director;
• elected: G. Kasymkanova – member of the Board of Directors, independent director.

Taking into accounts said changes, the Board of Directors of RESMI Finance & Investment House consists of three persons: Y. Koshkinbayev, A. Manayenko, G. Kasymkanova.
