/KASE, September 3, 2020/ – Atameken-Agro (Kokshetau), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated August 28, 2020, R. Adilov was elected a member of the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account said change, the Board of Directors of Atameken-Agro consists of five persons: G. Moldagaziyev, K. Islamov, M. Barkinhoyev, B. Akanov, R. Adilov.
