/KASE, August 5, 2020/ – Mangistaumunaigaz (Aktau), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of its sole shareholder dated August 4, 2020:

• to distribute the company's retained earnings as of December 31, 2019 in the amount of KZT40,745,804,000 on payout of dividends based on 2019 results as follows:
• to define the amount of dividend per ordinary and preferred share at KZT374.00;
• dividends on preferred shares in the amount of KZT407,458,040 will be payable and will be transferred on August 10, 2020;
• dividends on ordinary shares will be paid in two tranches:
• dividends on ordinary shares in the amount of KZT20,169,172,980 will be payable and will be transferred on August 11, 2020;
• the procedure and form of dividend payout – according to the list of shareholders entitled to receipt of dividends by wireless transfer to shareholders' bank accounts.
