Shareholders of Corporation Tsesna decided to approve revised charter and to delist preferred shares KZ1P00000178 (TSNAp) voluntarily
/KASE, April 3, 2019/ – Corporation Tsesna (Nur-Sultan), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders held on April 1, 2019:
- to approve revised company’s charter;
- to delist preferred shares of the company voluntarily from KASE.
