/KASE, November 6, 14/ – Accumulative Pension Fund "Capital" – subsidiary organization of Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that by a decision of its Board of Directors of October 29, 2014 "powers were terminated early as follows: 1) Chairman of Management Board of APF Capital JSC Serik Meirzhanov; 2) deputy Chairman of Management Board/Chief accountant APF Capital JSC Elena Kaltieva; 3) acting Corporate Secretary of APF Capital JSC Nailya Akhmedova. Termination date of work agreements with the mentioned persons – November 30, 2014".
