JSC "REESTR" (Almaty) is the company's registrar.

According to the extract:

• the total number of authorized shares of the company (common shares KZ1C56580018, KZ1C00000090 only) is equal to 100,000 units;
• 12,266 shares of the company are outstanding;
• persons, each holding company shares in the quantity of five and more per cent of the total number of the company's outstanding shares, are:
